*Motivation to change their behaviour in the light of knowledge of cultural differences.&lt;br /&gt;
*Conceptual ability to make sense of culturally diverse contexts. &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Cross-cultural coaching aims to support clients to become more culturally intelligent.&lt;br /&gt;
