(POB). Formerly a UK regulatory body specialising in oversight of the accounting, auditing and actuarial professions. It was a part of the Financial Reporting Council (FRC).

Previously known as the Professional Oversight Board for Accountancy.

Now replaced by the Conduct Committee.
