A tier 3 supplier is an individual or organisation that is part of our supply chain, but not a direct supplier.

The moment when funds cease to be useable to the originating party and instead become useable funds to the beneficiary in the sense that they can reduce overdraft balances, earn interest or can be withdrawn.


The tier 3 supplier is a third level connection of ours, supplying goods or services to our tier 2 suppliers.


In turn, our tier 2 suppliers provide goods or services to our tier 1 (direct) suppliers.

All of our tier 3 suppliers are therefore indirect links to ourselves, in our supply chain.
More generally, the term 'value' refers broadly to what something is worth.
