''Climate change - physical risks''.
''Investment - strategies.''

Climate physical risks are the direct physical risks of climate change.
Passive investment means following a pre-determined formula, without judgement or subjectivity.

They include more frequent and severe extreme weather events, and longer-term chronic effects resulting from rising mean temperatures.
Contrasted with active investment.

Sometimes abbreviated to physical risk, and distinguished from transition risk and liability risk relating to climate change.
