Law - credit - England and Wales.

(CCJ).

A county court judgment is a formal decision by a court that an individual or organisation owes money.

The judgment sets out:

  • How much is owed
  • How to pay
  • The deadline for paying
  • Who to pay

CCJs adversely affect credit scores both for individuals and organisations.
