(DipTM).
 
The Diploma in Treasury Management is provided by the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) for professionals who are already working in a managerial level role within treasury or working with treasury clients at this level, or who want to move into a more senior treasury role.
 
The DipTM is designed to develop a wide range of managerial, planning and behavioural skills for the role of treasurer.
 
Once you have passed the DipTM you are entitled to become an Associate member of the ACT and use the designatory letters AMCT.

European Union Law.

The principle that European Union law is law within the member states, enforceable by anybody, applied by the courts of the member states and taking precedence over national laws.
