Transparent means having the desirable quality of making full disclosure of information to markets and other stakeholders, in such a way that they can readily see and understand what has been done.

Transparent is the opposite of ''opaque.''

Transparent means having the desirable quality of making full disclosure of information to markets and other stakeholders, in such a way that they can readily see and understand what has been done.
