''Securities - issuance - listing - agency.''
Transparent means having the desirable quality of making full disclosure of information to markets and other stakeholders, in such a way that they can readily see and understand what has been done.

It is common for issuers to appoint a listing agent in certain jurisdictions (for example Luxembourg).
Transparent is the opposite of ''opaque.''

The listing agent will communicate with the listing authority and/or stock exchange and competent authority on behalf of the issuer and will ensure that all necessary documents are submitted to the listing authority and/or stock exchange.
