'Vickers' can refer to any or all of:

  • The UK's Independent Commission on Banking (ICB), which reported in 2011.
  • The ICB's 'Vickers Report' of 2011.
  • The UK's Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013, which followed the Vickers Report.
  • The broader consequences of the ICB's investigations, findings, and recommendations.
