ESG ratings measure organisations based on an assessment of their quality, standard or performance on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues.
 
Examples include MSCI ESG Ratings, Sustainalytics ESG ratings and CDP.


There are two types of mutual funds: open-ended and close-ended mutual funds.  While close-ended mutual funds have a predetermined amount of capital to be invested, open-ended mutual funds do not.
