'Planning and projects' is a core business competency identified by the ACT's Competency Framework.

It is the implementation of departmental, project or team objectives in order to manage scarce resources and deliver results that are in line with corporate objectives. Problem solving is an important related business skill.
A physical or virtual location in which data is stored securely, relevant for a potential acquirer's due diligence work on the potential investment.


Access to the data room is subject to an appropriate non-disclosure agreement.
