Lumina Spark is a psychometric test that measures personality and behavioural attributes on four primary scales:


The ratio of total capital to risk weighted assets (RWAs).
#Inspiration driven v Discipline driven
#People focused v Outcome focused
#Big picture thinking v Down to earth
#Introverted v Extraverted

These attributes are measured under three sets of external conditions, also known as 'personas':


More generally, any ratio including a measure of a financial institution's capital, used to evaluate the adequacy of the quality or total quantity of capital.

These attributes are measured under three sets of external conditions, also known as 'personas':
