In Moody's credit rating scale, the middle of the prime credit ratings for shorter term obligations.


P-2 indicates a strong ability to repay short term debt obligations.
Under PSD2 banks are required to comply with the relevant technical standards for Strong Customer Authentication by 14 September 2019 at the latest.
