The City of London Corporation is the local government authority for the financial district and historic centre of London (known as the City of London or the Square Mile).
A contract whereby the owner of an asset (the lessor) offers rights to use the asset to another party (the lessee) for a certain period.
In return the lessee makes payments of pre-determined amounts to the lessor.


Often abbreviated to the ''City Corporation''.
