Micropayments are those other than business to business (B2B) transactions.


An offshore bond, normally issued in a Eurocurrency, in the international capital markets.
For example, the large number of relatively small payments made by customers to businesses (C2B).


Maturities at issue are normally greater than one year.
They are usually - but not always - in bearer form.
They can be issued on any interest basis.
