CDP supports companies, cities and other entities to measure, manage and report on their risks and opportunities relating to climate change, water security and deforestation.
Liabilities that are likely to be settled after more than a year or a normal accounting cycle.


 
In very simple definitions of capital employed, the terms 'non-current liabilities' and 'debt' are sometimes used interchangeably.
CDP was established in 2000 as the Carbon Disclosure Project.  It is headquartered in London, UK.
