IBMA is the International Bullion Master Agreement.  
Incremental Borrowing Rate, in relation to IFRS 16, Leases.


It contains standard terms for derivative and other transactions in gold and silver, published by the former British Bankers' Association (BBA) and the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA).
