The Disclosure and Transparency Rules are regulations which apply to most larger companies on the London Stock Exchange.
Abbreviation for the UK's Export Development Guarantee.


They implement a number of EU Directives on transparency, market abuse, accounting and audit.
The EDG helps UK exporters access high value loan facilities for general working capital or capital expenditure.  




The Disclosure and Transparency Rules are supplementary to the Listing Rules.
