Software development and project management.

A project management framework based on continuous learning and adjustment to fluctuating factors.

It acknowledges that the team doesn’t know everything at the start of a project and will evolve through experience.

Its features include shorter 'sprints' and daily short meetings where all team members report their previous day's actions and current day's plans.

These meetings are sometimes known as 'daily scrums' or 'stand ups', implying that the meeting will be short.
