Deloitte is the short name for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Ltd (DTTL), one of the 'Big 4' largest worldwide professional services organisations and auditors.

Overshooting is the tendency of markets to overreact to news, good or bad.  


DTTL (also known as 'Deloitte Global') does not provide services to clients.  
Therefore the market price would also tend to go up or down by more than is justified by the news.
