Stakeholder analysis.

Stakeholder value is the value, or benefit, enjoyed by all the stakeholders in an organisation.

It is an extension of the concept of shareholder value.


It takes into account the interests of a wider group of stakeholders - and not only shareholders - when making organisational decisions.
