Supply chain - suppliers.

A service provider that is part of a financial institution’s group and provides services to entities within this same group.


"Intra-group service providers may include a financial institution’s parent undertaking, sister companies, subsidiaries, service companies or other entities that are under common ownership or control.

Branches are not considered intra-group providers, as they are not separate legal entities from their head offices."
