Eurosif is an abbreviation for the European Sustainable Investment Forum.
The Eurosystem comprises:
*The European Central Bank and
*The national central banks of all member states that have adopted the euro as their national currency.


Its mission is to promote sustainable development through financial markets by supporting the financing through private and public capital of investments that make a measurable contribution to the sustainable development goals set by the United Nations, the European Union and other European countries.
 
It is sometimes written 'eurosystem'.
