1. Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
For the purposes of MAR, inside information:
- Must be of a precise nature;
- Not have been made public;
- Relate directly or indirectly to one or more issuers or financial instruments; and
- If made public, be likely to have a significant effect on the prices of those financial instruments or related derivatives.
