1. Financial reporting. The complete document produced by a company (or other reporting entity) each year including the complete set of financial statements and other matter required under company law and relevant accounting practice together with - for companies with listed securities - relevant securities law and regulation, listing regulations, and other relevant regulations.
Sometimes known as the Report and accounts.
2. Any other report produced once per year.
