Neuroplasticity is a brain's ability to reorganise itself by forming new neural connections throughout life, including adult life.
Among other benefits, neuroplasticity enables:
- Recovery from brain trauma;
- Enhanced memory and other cognitive abilities; and
- More effective learning.
Neuroplasticity underpins the concept of a growth mindset.
