The Australian Financial Markets Association (AFMA) is established to promote efficiency, integrity and professionalism in Australia's financial markets.
These markets include those for capital, credit, derivatives and foreign exchange, together with other specialist markets.
The Australian Financial Markets Association was formed in 1986.
