Financial and other services - inclusion.

Digital exclusion means the impossibility, or difficulty, of some people and groups to access financial and other services through digital technologies.

Contributory factors include lack of money to pay for devices or subscriptions, lack of skills or motivation, and concerns over privacy.

Older people and disabled people are generally more likely to be digitally excluded.
