Payment Services Directive 2 (EC Directive 2015/2366).

Sometimes written Payment Services Directive II (PSD II).

Under PSD2 banks are required to comply with the relevant technical standards for Strong Customer Authentication by 14 September 2019 at the latest.

PSD2 repealed EC Directive 2007/64/EC
