In 2002, ownership and operations transferred to Euroclear UK & Ireland Ltd and then to Euroclear UK and International.

Post-Brexit the continued use of CREST for Irish securities is not permitted and is not compliant with EU Central Securities Depository Regulation (“CSDR”).
