Diversity and inclusion.

The Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) promotes diversity and inclusion through its Diversity and Inclusion Calendar.

The ACT Diversity and Inclusion Calendar is an inclusive platform designed to provide all treasury professionals an opportunity to share their experience on engaging and empowering underrepresented groups in corporate treasury.

It reflects the ACT's commitment to increasing the profile and integrity of the treasury profession and setting a new benchmark for leadership within treasury.

Over the years, diversity and inclusion in the workplace has been embraced by an increasing number of businesses.

As a result of this, those that have integrated diversity and inclusion into their business culture have seen a rise in their brand and reputation, with those that have championed such progression having experienced an increase in their profitability.

The ACT Diversity and Inclusion Calendar event series aims to bring inspirational and aspirational content, covering key aspects of inclusive leadership in the treasury profession including age, disability, ethnicity, gender, LGTBQ+, mental health, religion, social mobility and working parents.
