Bradford and Bingley.

Former UK Building Society and then Bank which was nationalised.

The banking side has been absorbed into the Spanish-based banking group Santander whilst mortgages are with the publicly owned Bradford and Bingley plc. Following nationalisation it is no longer open to new business.
