Companies House

The official UK government executive agency which registers UK companies.

The main functions of Companies House are to:

1. Incorporate and dissolve UK limited companies.
2. Examine and store UK company accounts and other information delivered under the Companies Act and other legislation.
3. Make this information available to the public.
