Financial modelling.

A daisy chain modelling structure contains multiple links, so that if any one link is deleted or broken, other items in the daisy chain will also fail.

Daisy chains also make error tracing difficult and time consuming.

This modelling structure is best avoided.

It is better practice to link to the original source or calculation of a figure, rather than to another link.

"Link to source," is a summary of this better practice.
