The Fixed Income Clearing Corporation (FICC) is a subsidiary of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) and provides services relating to the US Government securities and the mortgage-backed securities (MBS) markets. FICC is registered with and regulated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

It offers real-time trade matching, clearing, risk management and netting for trades in US Government debt issues, including repurchase agreements or repos. For MBS markets, it offers trade matching, trade confirmation, risk management, netting, settlement and electronic pool notification.

The FICC was formed in 2003. Its acronym is unfortunately the same as for the Fixed Income, Credit and Commodities (FICC) market sector.
