The Fixed Income Clearing Corporation is a subsidiary of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC).

FICC provides services relating to the US government securities market and the mortgage-backed securities (MBS) market.

It offers real-time trade matching, clearing, risk management and netting for trades in US government debt issues, including repurchase agreements or repos.

For MBS markets, it offers trade matching, trade confirmation, risk management, netting, settlement and electronic pool notification.


FICC is registered with and regulated by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
