A bond issued in Taiwan, in a currency other than Taiwan domestic currency (the Taiwan dollar - TWD).

Deep liquidity pool in Taiwan

"The issuance marks EDF's return to the US dollar Formosa market (listed on Taiwan's OTC exchange).
EDF took advantage of the continuing deep liquidity pool in Taiwan since regulatory change, allowing all bonds listed on the Taipei Exchange to now qualify as domestic securities for insurance companies [to invest in]."
The Treasurer magazine, February 2017 p24 - Deals of the Year - EDF highly commended.
