Directive on Payment Services, (PSD), which set out the legal foundation for the creation of an EU-wide single market for payments.
Abbreviation for the Framework for Higher Education Qualifications level.


EC Directive 2007/64/EC replaced Directive 97/5 EC.  
It is part of the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF).




In turn, this Directive has been repealed by PSD2 (EC Directive 2015/2366).
The highest level is Level 8, for example a doctorate.
 
An example of Level 6 is a bachelor's degree.
