Standard Listings on the London Stock Exchange are available for issuance of debt and certain other securities, as well as shares.

Standard Listings comply with EU minimum requirements.

A Standard Listing allows issuers to access the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange by meeting EU harmonised standards only, rather than the UK ‘super-equivalent’ requirements required for a Premium Listing.
