Shareholder value.

A measure or objective which creates sustainable shareholder value.

Value drivers are often quantified, for ease of understanding and measurement.


Identifying value drivers in a business should lead to setting them as management measures and objectives.


2.

A feature of a service or product which makes it better than those offered by competitors.
