Venture Capital Schemes are UK government schemes to encourage equity investment in smaller unquoted trading companies.

These schemes are:

  • The Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS)
  • The Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS)
  • The Venture Capital Trust scheme (VCT)
  • Social Investment Tax Relief (SITR)
