Historically - and informally - a guess at the average of LIBOR and LIBID.
In an analogy with London Inter-Bank Offered Rate, LIMEAN was sometimes expanded as London Inter-bank Mean rate.
LIBOR, LIBID and LIMEAN ended in September 2024.
