The GROW model is a coaching model.
GROW is an acronym for:
- Goals
- Reality
- Options
- Will
The phases of the model navigate a path from:
- What do you want (Goal) through
- What's happening now (Reality) and
- What could you do (Options) to
- What will you do (Will).
