Development of process strategies include:
- Definition of objectives.
- Definition of inputs.
- Assessment of resources available.
- Description of outputs.
- Specification of high-level scenarios explaining how to use resources to transform inputs into outputs.
- Specification of requirements that direct and control the use of resources.
