A nominated adviser provides corporate finance advice to companies listed on the UK's Alternative Investment Market (AIM).
The nominated adviser has particular expertise in AIM and its rules.
Companies listed on AIM must retain a nominated adviser at all times.
The London Stock Exchange maintains a directory or pre-approved nominated advisers.
