Environmental concerns - emissions - deforestation - degradation - Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) - United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).

In the context of deforestation, reforestation is the human-induced conversion of non-forested land to forested land.

Afforestation is the reforestation of land that has not been forested for at least 50 years.
