The Chartered Institute of Credit Management is a UK-based professional association for the credit community.

It represents the profession across trade, consumer and international credit, and all credit-related services.


The CICM is a founder member of the Federation of European Credit Management Associations (FECMA) and works in association with the International Credit and Trade Finance Association (ICTF).

It is the administrator of the UK's voluntary Prompt Payment Code.
