The Loan Syndications & Trading Association is established to be the leading trade body for the loan market in the Americas.
It was founded in 1995 and it is headquartered in New York.
The LSTA cooperates closely with the Loan Market Association in Europe and the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association in Asia Pacific.
