The Natural Capital Coalition was established to unite leading initiatives and organizations under a common vision of a world that conserves and enhances the natural capital.

The Coalition was made up of organizations from business, finance, conservation and civil society, government and policy, science and academia, standard setters & disclosure and membership organizations.


It published the Natural Capital Protocol.


The Natural Capital Coalition merged with the Social & Human Capital Coalition in 2020, to form the Capitals Coalition.
