1. Law - contract - other arrangements.

An individual or other party that is not complying with a contract or other arrangement.

For example, a tenant that is not paying the rent.


Commercial property - non-performing tenants

2. Loans - other assets.

Any asset that is not producing the income or other cash flows due, or expected from it.

For example the scheduled interest and capital payments on a loan.
